NEW ADMISSION 2024-25

Army Public School Shillong will conduct an Admission Test on 01 .04.2024 for wards of Defence personnel, Civilian paid of Defence Estimates and Central Armed Police Forces who seek admission into various classes (II-X) for the academic session 2024-25. Parents interested in admitting their wards at APS Shillong are requested to collect the application form from the school office by making a payment of Rs.100/.and submit back the filled in form on or before 26.03.2024. Preference for admission will be given as per AWES rules. Those students who come on transfer from other Army Public Schools and Kendriya Vidyalayas need not to appear in the admission test. However, they also have to submit the filled in application form on or before the last date along with a copy of the report card of the previous class. Admission Test will be taken in the following subjects based on the syllabus of the previous class for which the admission is sought.

Submission of application forms does not guarantee any automatic admission.

Kindly make sure that your ward fulfills the minimum age requirement for the class for which admission is sought.

Note: Kindly attach a copy of serving certificate/discharge certificate along with the application form.

Application for admission to Class I will be issued to the wards of Defence personnel, Civilian paid of Defence Estimates and Central Armed Police Forces from 15 March 2024. Forms may be collected from the school office by making a payment of Rs.100/. Preference for admission will be given as per AWES rules.

To get admitted in Class I, a child should have completed 6 yrs of age as on 01 April 2024.
